SOC 2 stub and library site-license pitch
SOC 2 Type II remains coming soon — /soc2 lists live controls versus what is not started (not an audit letter). University libraries get a site-license pitch at /libraries; campus SSO and COUNTER reports are not shipped.
Public troubleshooting, DMP text, and statistics guide
First-party playbooks at /troubleshooting (ending in Diagnose your run), copy-ready grant DMP language at /grant-dmp, and a bench statistics guide at /statistics-guide. The homepage counts protocols run and failures diagnosed from the lab database.
Campus DPA one-pager
A draft data-processing and security one-pager is at /dpa (print to PDF). University SAML SSO is not shipped. Campus admin and teaching pages are honest stubs.
Public lab calculators
Molarity, dilution (C1V1), master-mix scaling, and buffer recipes are available at /calculators without signing in. Each page links into a run so you can attach the same math on a step.
Join a lab by university email domain
PIs can optionally set an auto-join domain on a shared lab. Researchers with a matching verified university email can join from Lab Cloud without a personal invite.
Weekly PI lab summary
Opt-in Monday email for PIs: runs completed, failures diagnosed, fixed on rerun, and top protocols. Opens are tracked when the Resend webhook is configured.
Auth sign-in loop fix
Closing the sign-in modal no longer reopens itself after a cancelled OAuth or dismissed session prompt.
